The location (very close to the bus station and some restaurants), the nice private beach, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the size of the room with the comfortable beds.
Areas for improvement:
Nothing too important, but some details could be improved: the noise in the mornings with the doors slamming very loudly, and would be nice to have a snack bar (some quick starters or sandwiches/pizza...
